Sidebar is the operator planning-and-approval surface — Sidebird reviews what happened; Sidebar helps decide what should happen next. This page publishes the JSON artifacts generated from the public-only Sidecat snapshot used by the Live page, where you can also see the Sidebird review side of the same snapshot.

  1. Review A clarified Sidebird review of what happened is promoted forward — a handoff, not an approval and not a milestone.
  2. Plan Sidebar reads that review as planning context and helps decide what should happen next.
  3. Approve The operator approves or declines the next move, and the decision is recorded with its obligations.

The static site never asks for an operator token. Local authenticated operator flows stay in the product runtime.
