Readiness starts with an honest baseline

Sidecat begins its coordinated 1.0 readiness run with the current release truth, nine complete product journeys, and a federation proof burden that cannot be satisfied by one happy path.

We retired the bridge

Sidecat-node, the Gen 3 bridge, is gone. What is left is the native Gen 4 line we actually use every day — the first time "usable" is a demonstration instead of a hope.

It’s overhead until the work gets complicated

Capturing paths, reviewing changes, and keeping receipts feels like overhead at small scale. The argument is what happens to that cost as the work — and the number of agents touching it — grows.
