Native working view and original sixteen-row capability table share Team5897.170 exact cell changes across13 entries are retained. Two existing qualified families gained tested coverage; no full Version1 outcome is promoted.

Installed trial reports and their candidates

• Qualified prepared-context package: independent installed selection, useful work and exact pinned-input recovery. Public/default delivery remains pending.
• Prepared context/package use and supplied-source semantic assessment are independently qualified within their documented boundaries. Installed assessment0.4.1 adds an ordinary named receiving-policy preview: explicitly selected finite mapping converts recorded5000 grams into the exact draft text 'Recorded net carton mass: 5 kilograms.' Missing mapping rows and undeclared conversions remain blocked or unknown. Genuine Content source reads and authored annotations are preserved.
• The earlier Note/Work/Plan/progress/share and reconnect workflows remain exercised. Installed opt-in Plan completion is independently qualified with genuine Notes and three authenticated actors. The extension verifies producer, binder and reviewer scope, a deliberately selected new occurrence for a changed candidate, rejection of previous approval, and preserved accepted detail. Ordinary unbound completion remains available; fresh CLI and MCP detail agree.
• Isolated rc3 passed13 artifact stages and installed six application bundles. Its151 authored documentation files plus index were checked. This candidate is unpublished.
• Cedar installer repairs passed99 source tests and a fresh Ubuntu install, rerun, root refusal and restart. The repairs are unpublished; other supported platforms and version consistency remain open.
• Remote commands ran from one fresh node on another. Cross-node Work dispatch failed; prepared successor nodes await the remaining demonstration and handoff.
• Plan and role assignment reached a real child in source tests; process exit stays distinct from actual Plan completion. Complete installed managed work remains open.
• The current authority facade had five failing source behaviors. Passing underlying authority suites do not establish a complete guarded delegated task.
• Root was restored by the existing heartbeat after a real laptop out-of-memory interruption. The other primary harnesses required manual resume. Whole-team automatic recovery is unfinished.
• Earlier finite S005/S006 and assisted S007 original-read observations remain with their stated limits. None completes all16 accepted1.0 outcomes.

  This qualification covers the prepared context edition, not all organizational context. Native scope membership, read-without-revise, native Plan repin/supersedes, broader inheritance and the public default remain open.

• V1-02: Identity, authority and resourcesPending

  Authority components pass owner suites, but the common authority facade had five failing behaviors in the later source trial. Installed guarded effects, delegation and opt-in governance still need complete qualification.

• V1-03: Records and source referencesPending

  Full-area qualification remains incomplete. The S007 CLI sample used an existing prepared actor and assistance; both-lot controls, ordinary reconnected MCP/Lisp and production UI participant acceptance remain open.

• V1-04: Work and planningPending

  Kernel project/Work and application Plan coherence, unfamiliar participant discovery and evidence preparation without routine ID plumbing, actual scrum capability-analysis enrollment, successor activation and worker disposition remain incomplete. Candidate renewal uses a new occurrence of the same Work; in-place candidate rebinding is intentionally refused. The qualified completion mechanism is not yet a public default delivery.

• V1-05: Collective messagingPending

  Ordinary collaborator discovery and reply remain incomplete. The CLI newcomer cannot find a colleague through message targets or current-session participants; no colleague feedback is obtained.

• V1-06: Lisp and compositionPending

  General heterogeneous composition, macro/unsupported capture adoption and per-value public origin remain unfinished. Native Records/stock effects and default-release delivery are open. The completed daemon traversal has three receiving-grant failures and two unqualified skips; it is not whole-suite GREEN.

• V1-07: Marketplace and packagesPending

  The qualified prepared edition is not yet a published default. Wider marketplace publication/discovery/replacement and other package lifecycles remain unfinished. Cedar owns the combined Node/package delivery; acceptance of this edition does not qualify all packages.

• V1-08: Semantic enginePending

  Assessment qualification uses genuine Content declarations, closure and reads with QA-authored policy/schema/vocabulary inputs. The new conversion is a declared finite mapping, not general arithmetic, physical measurement or a Records/action effect. Engine and Guide source successors are published; integrated Core, retained callers, complete S007 CLI/UI, broader composition and matched public default delivery remain incomplete.

• V1-09: Executable proceduresPending

  Native cancellation/retry routes remain missing in the separate owner trial. Its latest run also has a temporary-socket setup failure in one old control, so it is not clean RED. Full waits, recovery and installed procedure use remain open.

• V1-10: Managed agent workPending

  The Plan bridge source evidence is not complete installed managed work. Cross-harness returns, current-principal authority, cancellation/retry and restart recovery need integrated user-path qualification.

• V1-11: Controlled executionPending

  That build path does not qualify general controlled local/remote execution, cancellation, connector effects or actionable unknown outcomes. The protected-material failure required private reconstruction of owner setup; general actionable prerequisite discovery and supported repair/request remain unqualified (Team5159/5162).

• V1-12: Shared bus and federationPending

  Cross-node Work dispatch failed in the fresh-node trial; successor nodes are prepared but its final demonstration is pending. Local bus runs do not establish independently administered-node recovery or full durable subscription behavior.

• V1-13: Feedback and improvementPending

  The helper probe is backend feasibility, not installed UI or automatic priority change. Complete feedback intake, comparable task costs, useful independent QA and accepted improvement delivery remain unfinished.

• V1-14: Usable interfaces and integrationsPending

  Installer, REPL/package successors and the semantic candidate remain unpublished as a matched default. Full daemon/CLI/surface traversal is incomplete; coherent public help/manual/package behavior, macOS and broader integrations remain open. Finite parity checks do not qualify the full command surface.

• V1-15: Operational durability and scalePending

  Root's original-thread recovery is observed, but other primary recovery required manual action. The existing monitor detected federation idle for ten checks without acting; a guarded owner-wake correction is assigned, not delivered. Whole-team recovery, verified backup restore, contention and scale remain unfinished.

• V1-16: Sidecat UIPending

  The UI regression omitted displayed-proposal binding/refusal, task-change context clearing, Shift input, task breadcrumb and footer. Their unpublished predecessor source must be merged and published with Boards. Broader responsiveness, feedback, conversation, authorized decisions and useful current usage remain unqualified.

Current cycle evidence and qualification

Source and installation: Evidence below names its own candidate: earlier e4/66b, later isolated rc3, and unpublished fresh-node repairs. There is no qualified combined public1.0 release.. Each check applies only to its stated boundary.

Completed finite paths retain their exact boundaries and assistance. Current source tests, installed use, package installation and full release qualification remain distinct. No full V1 outcome is promoted.
